The drawing list is shown in bold if there are and measurements or annotations. To make sure all measurements and annotations are visible, do the following:

1. Zoom out so that you can see the entire drawing by rolling your scroll wheel backwards or by pressing the "F" key on your keyboard.
2. Make sure all layers are visible.
3. If you have Pattern Search, click the "Drawings" Tab and make sure the “Show Search Areas” button is selected (orange background).

1. If you’re using the Quantity Worksheet, make sure Audit Mode is not checked. 

All measurements and annotations should now be visible.
